There is an enormous new deck just outside the front doors with plenty of patio furniture to just sit and enjoy the view or visit with friends. A trail leads down to a nice, covered boat dock with all new bulkheads. Boat dock offers ladder access into the water for tube floating near the dock as well as a convenient automatic boat lift to get your ride out of the water while not in use.
